In our current society we are experiencing a number of SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL issues relating to our children's development and well-being which include: •    Challenging behaviours  •    Poor social and emotional skills  •    Limited communication skills  •    Bullying and friendship issues  •    Low self-esteem  •    Depression and anxiety  •    Obesity  Teaching EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE is a key factor in raising HAPPY KIDS with HEALTHY SELF-ESTEEM.hi Our Programs and resources help to address these issues by: •    Promoting healthy self-esteem, friendly social interaction and effective communication skills in children.  •    Teaching children how to manage and centre their own energy through breathing and body awareness exercises and activities.  •    Teaching children how to be responsible for their own thoughts, feelings and behaviour.  •    Helping children to understand, explore and express their emotions in beneficial ways through creative expression including games, role-plays, movement/dance, art, story telling and more. Note: Our programs and resources can be used with a variety of age groups including early teens and younger children.
